South Manchester Therapy
If you are struggling emotionally, feeling low, worried or overwhelmed with aspects of your life, counselling could be helpful to you.
About me
I am a warm and empathic therapist. I provide a safe and confidential space for you to explore any issues you are facing in your life.
Making the decision to see a therapist, can feel daunting. My person-centred approach means that I work with you as an individual and will accept and respect whatever you bring to therapy and work with you in a non-judgemental way.
I am a fully qualified, BACP-registered counsellor and psychotherapist. I have experience working in charitable settings, NHS talking therapies and in private practice.
I have experience working with clients from a range of age groups and backgrounds and working with issues including self esteem, depression, anxiety, stress, abuse, relationship difficulties, grief, loss and trauma.

Why therapy?
Speaking to a therapist is different to speaking to friends or family. I will listen to you attentively and help you to hear and notice things about yourself which may have been on the edge of your awareness.
The therapeutic process can help you to develop coping strategies and a greater understanding of self that can ultimately lead to growth and change in your life.

Therapy Sessions
Therapy sessions are 50 minutes long.
Fees are £55.00 per session.
Free initial consultation by phone or online.
You can choose to meet face-to-face at my counselling room in West Didsbury or you can opt for online sessions for your convenience.
One of the most important aspects of therapy, is finding the right therapist for you. If you are interested in starting therapy with me, then do get in touch and we can organise a brief telephone or zoom conversation to explore what is bringing you to therapy and to decide whether we would like to work together.
